LLMs and multi-agent systems Agentic6G
Language-model-based agents that collaborate to manage and orchestrate networks, and LLM security: robustness against prompt injection, jailbreaking and data leakage.
Postdoctoral Researcher · University Lecturer
I research the intelligent orchestration of the Computing Continuum: how to deploy and coordinate active IoT and edge nodes with machine learning so the infrastructure itself decides where to run, how much energy to use and how to protect itself.
About me
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Information and Communications Engineering of the University of Murcia, where I also earned my B.Sc. (2019), M.Sc. (2020) and Ph.D. in Computer Science (2025), the latter with Cum Laude distinction. My doctoral thesis focused on the analysis and design of solutions for deploying active IoT and edge nodes within the Computing Continuum. I tackled the NP-hard Task Assignment Problem with reinforcement learning so that even lightweight devices can solve it, dynamically selecting the solving method according to the problem size, and I adapted Kubernetes modules so that pod-to-node scheduling takes the specific features of the Continuum into account.
From 2021 to 2025 I was a pre-doctoral researcher funded by an FPI contract from the Séneca Foundation, taking part in the research projects PHOENIX, ONOFRE and FLUIDOS. My research interests include intelligent orchestration, machine learning, the Internet of Things, edge computing, the computing continuum and energy optimization.
I currently work on the Agentic6G project, applying large language models (LLMs) to network management: LLM-based multi-agent systems, their orchestration, and the security of LLMs themselves against attacks such as prompt injection and jailbreaking.
Before focusing on research, I spent over a decade managing servers and cloud services and developing applications at ServerMurcia. That experience drives me to build solutions that work on real infrastructure, not just in simulation.
I am passionate about computing, programming and physics, and I enjoy teaching them: from programming workshops for children during Science Week to university engineering courses.
